Secure Messages is accessed through MCU Online. You must be enrolled in MCU Online to use Secure Messaging.
Encrypted Email – If a MCU representative sends you an encrypted email, you will be asked to login and create a password before you can even view the email. You may reply to that email and your message will also be encrypted when it is sent back to MCU.
